Aegerter injured in a training accident

26.08.2016

A shock for Dominique Aegerter (carXpert Interwetten): the rider from Bern suffered a crash during a motocross training this Friday: “Domi went directly to the hospital. An x-ray seems to show two torn ligaments in his shoulder and a small fracture in a small bone on the upper part of his body. He is also feeling pain in one side of his body. An operation will not be necessary, however, I fear that he will not be able to race in ten days in Silverstone, the next Grand Prix, “ explained Frédéric Corminboeuf, the boss of the Swiss team, who also has some good news regarding Tom Lüthi (Garage Plus Interwetten): “Tom has to rest a lot but he does not have a headache anymore, which is the most important after the horrible shock last Saturday in Brno (a severe concussion). He started physio, Lüthi is working really hard and I am confident that he will be able to participate in the British Grand Prix,” adds the boss.
